Where We Ship
We currently ship Australia-wide. For international orders, please contact us directly at hello@theweddingandeventco.com.au to discuss options.
Processing Times
All of our products are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
If your order is urgent or required by a specific date (e.g. a wedding or event), please add this in the notes at checkout or email us prior to ordering—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping Times & Methods
We use reliable carriers including Australia Post and couriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (after dispatch)
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
We’ve simplified our shipping pricing to make it easier for you:
· Standard Shipping: $15 (2–8 business days after dispatch)
· Express Shipping: $25 (2–4 business days after dispatch)
Tracking is included with all parcels, and you will receive a tracking number once your item has been dispatched.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye on our social media and newsletter!
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup from Wagga Wagga, NSW.
If you select this option at checkout, we’ll contact you once your order is ready to arrange collection.
Delivery Delays
While we always aim to meet the estimated timeframes, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (weather events, carrier issues, etc.). We will do our best to communicate any unexpected delays.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at hello@theweddingandeventco.com.au. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you’re taken care of.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please double-check your shipping address before finalising your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you’ve made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at hello@theweddingandeventco.com.au.
Non-Delivery & Return to Sender
If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges will apply.
