Each sheet of acrylic has two sides: one Gloss and one Matte. The Gloss side is shiny and reflective, which means it can show fingerprints, smudges, and scratches more easily. The Matte side has a textured finish that hides blemishes better and is much easier to photograph due to its low glare.
Wooden products may have colour variations due to layers and grain. Engraving may come in different levels of darkness due to the layers in the wood.
