Ordering & Personalisation

How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website. Simply select your product, choose your customisation options, and follow the checkout process. If you need help or have a custom request, email us anytime.

Can I personalise my order?
Absolutely! Most of our products are fully customisable. You’ll be prompted to enter your personalisation details during checkout. If your design requires a proof, we’ll send one to you before production.

Can I request a custom design not shown on your website?
Yes – we love custom work! Just get in touch with your ideas and we’ll work with you to bring them to life.


Proofing Process

Will I see a proof before my item is made?
Yes – if your item includes personalisation, we’ll send you a design proof, for your approval before we go ahead with production.

What should I check when reviewing my proof?
Please carefully check all spelling, dates, and details. We don’t limit the number of changes you can request during proofing, but once you give final approval, we are no longer responsible for any errors.


Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?
We offer capped shipping rates across Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: $15 (2–10 business days after dispatch)
  • Express Shipping: $25 (2–4 business days after dispatch)

How long will my order take to arrive?
Production usually takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the complexity and volume of your order. Shipping times vary based on your selected option and location.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we offer local pickup from Wagga Wagga, NSW. You can select this option at checkout, and we’ll be in touch to arrange collection.


Events & Deadlines

What if I need my order by a specific date?
If you’re ordering for a wedding or event, please include your event date at checkout. We’ll do everything we can to meet your deadline. If your timeframe is very tight, we recommend selecting Express Shipping and contacting us before ordering.

Do you accept rush orders?
We’ll always do our best! Please email us first at hello@theweddingandeventco.com.au with your required date and order details so we can confirm availability.

What materials do you use?
We work with premium timber and acrylic for our laser cut designs. All materials are sourced with quality and durability in mind.

Can I preview colour options or material samples?
If you’d like to see colours or materials before ordering, feel free to contact us and we’ll send you photos or chat through the best option for your event style.

How should I care for my items?
Clean acrylic gently with a soft, dry cloth. Keep your acrylic and timber items away from moisture.
