Due to the personalised nature of our items, we have specific guidelines in place regarding returns and refunds. While we offer a 100% money back guarantee, we do have some terms and conditions regarding our offer.
1. Change of Mind
As each product is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to double-check all details, spelling, colours, and sizing before placing your order.
2. Incorrect Personalisation Details Supplied
We are not responsible for incorrect spelling, colours, or details provided at the time of ordering. Please ensure all personalisation information is correct before submitting your order. Once production has begun, changes cannot be made.
3. Design Proofs
We will send you a digital design proof for approval before production. It is your responsibility to carefully check all spelling, names, dates, and design details.
- We do not limit the number of design changes prior to approval — we want you to love the final result!
- Once the final proof is approved, The Wedding & Event Co. is no longer responsible for any errors or changes.
- Any reprints or adjustments required after approval will be at the customer's expense.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@theweddingandeventco.com.au within 48hrs of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or partial/full refund, depending on the circumstances.
4. Lost or Delayed Parcels
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by the postal or courier services once your item has been dispatched. However, we will do our best to assist you in locating lost parcels and lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Return Shipping
In the rare case a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty or an error on our part.
